THE ROLE
A commercial property lawyer is now sought to join the firm's busy real estate team.
The property services group handles a good mix of work including property and development work, as well as commercial sales and leasing, options, capital funding, joint venture and consortium agreements and associated construction, public procurement, planning and environmental issues, both contentious and non-contentious.
The client base includes owners and occupiers, promoters, developers, end-users, investors and portfolio managers.
ABOUT YOU
With at least 6pqe you will have gained extensive property experience at a top regional or London law firm and be looking for a challenging new role for 2017.
