Commercial Property Solicitor

A long standing regional firm in surrey require the assistance of a commercial property lawyer  on a locum basis. The role is to assist whilst the firm recruit on a permanent basis.  

Highly regarded for the commercial property services they provide, they frequently advise clients in relation to:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Freehold and leasehold commercial properties
• Granting and extending leases
• Commercial Landlord and Tenant matters
• Licenses to change of use, alterations, assignments and subletting
• Option agreements
• Commercial developments

Successful candidates are likely to have upwards of three years’ experience in dealing with a commercial property caseload autonomously. Experience of working as a locum and being able to pick up an existing caseload mid-way through transactions would be of significant benefit.
