Residential Property Solicitor

A regional practice based in Surrey is currently seeking a property lawyer to join them on a permanent basis.

This incredibly friendly firm provides a supportive work environment and great work life balance, with the option of working part-time.

The successful candidate will be given an existing property caseload and will need to have broad experience in managing a range of residential property files such as (but not limited to) buying and selling property, transfers of equity and lease-extensions. You will be offered a high level of autonomy whilst working in a busy team and as such you will be required to handle a full caseload from the outset.

The firm are conveniently located near Wimbledon and have excellent train connections to both Central London and Surrey as well as West Sussex. The firm offer good quality work in a truly friendly and supportive work environment.
