Accredited Hampshire practice requires a Commercial Property Solicitor.
The Firm
Our client is offering an exciting opportunity to join its well-regarded team based in Hampshire. The firm provide top quality tailored legal advice to their clients and have been awarded with both Lexcel and CQS accreditations. Centrally located in period offices in a picturesque south coast town, they are now looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team.
The Role
The firm are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor for their well-established Lymington team. The role will be offered on a full-time permanent basis. The position will cover a broad base of commercial property work, including landlord and tenant, lease extensions, business sales and purchases. There will be a competitive salary and package for the successful applicant.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor.
You must have solid experience in commercial property.
You will be able to manage your own caseload.
