They offer a supportive working environment and structured career progression for staff and are currently seeking a talented Crime Duty Solicitor in Nottingham.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic Crime Duty Solicitor to join a specialist team on a full time, permanent basis. Hitting the ground running, the successful Solicitor will manage a busy caseload, attending and advising clients at police stations and Magistrates Courts throughout the area, and preparing cases for trial. Due to the nature of this position, the ability to attend clients out of hours will be essential. A demanding role, with high levels of autonomy suited to a confident Criminal Solicitor with Duty accreditation and excellent interpersonal skills.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with Criminal Duty accreditation;
You will have outstanding communication and client care skills;
You will be able to manage a demanding caseload, with minimal supervision;
You will have strong advocacy skills;
You will be IT Literate;
You will be pro-active, personable and detail orientated.
