Lawyer with experience in Private Client and Conveyancing sought in Kent.

A well-established, boutique firm with multiple accreditations; our client offers specialist advice from their offices in Deal. Located just a short walk from the seafront, they are in an excellent location for passing and regular business. A friendly practice with a track-record of promotion from within, they are experiencing a period of sustained growth and require and additional Lawyer for their team.

The Role
We are now seeking a dynamic and talented Lawyer to join our clients’ flourishing practice in the Deal area. Becoming part of a growing, experienced team, the successful Lawyer will manage a mixed caseload of Private Client and Conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. Work will include: drafting wills; Court of Protection applications; residential conveyancing; probate; powers of attorney; trust creation and administration and; commercial property.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with around 1 – 3 years’ PQE in Private Client and Property matters.
You must have excellent technical skills with a broad range of expertise.
You will be highly organised and able to handle a diverse caseload with minimal supervision, meeting tight deadlines.
You will have excellent client care and communication skills across all levels.
