The Role
We are now actively seeking a dynamic Family Lawyer with solid legal aid experience for a thriving team based in the Portsmouth area. Managing a comprehensive caseload of private and publicly funded matters, the successful Lawyer will advise on areas including: divorce; financial arrangements; domestic abuse; pre-nuptial agreements and; Children Act matters. Keen to get involved with business development initiatives, the successful Lawyer will build and maintain client relationships and promote the services of the department and practice as a whole.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE gained within Family;
You will have outstanding communication and client care skills;
You must have legal aid experience;
You will be able to prioritise your workload in order to meet tight deadlines;
You will be professional, personable and detail orientated;
You will be a pro-active team player with a desire for professional development.
