THE ROLE
Our client is seeking an experienced Company and Commercial Solicitor to join their office based in Brighton. You will deal with a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters including complex, high-value international trading agreements, franchising, competition and regulatory issues. The successful Company and Commercial Solicitor will therefore be expected to initiate new working methods in collaboration with his or her colleagues in the corporate team. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a qualified Solicitor with 4 - 6 years PQE;
Have a good background in Company and Commercial work;
Possess excellent client care skills with the ability to explain the most complex transactions in clear, unambiguous language;
Enjoy working as part of a strong team;
Be ambitious, for yourself, your team and the firm as a whole,
