Our client is a leading International firm. They are seeking an Associate to join their Banking and Finance team in London.
The firm has an excellent reputation the strength of their highly established banking and finance team. Due to increased workflows they are now looking to recruit a newly qualified solicitor or junior associate.
You will be a new qualified solicitor or junior associate with a strong academic profile and experience derived from a leading international firm in the London market. You are likely to have trained at a leading City firm with a recognised Banking and Finance team.You will come from a solid background in general banking and finance and your experience is likely to cover a wide range of banking and finance transactions. The role will be varied and will include aspects of structured finance, distressed debt, restructuring and derivative transactions.
