Private Client Solicitor - Lymington

An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced solicitor to join my client's expanding Private Client team based in Lymington; covering a wide geographical area across the whole central South region. If you are a Solicitor with strong PQE and looking for a new challenge then this opportunity may be of interest to you.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate solid general Private Client knowledge and expertise in advising and drafting complex Wills including the use of trusts in wills. You will also have strong knowledge of and ability to advise on all aspects of trusts to include creation, establishment, administration and winding up and the taxation including tax compliance and trust accounting amongst other key skills in key areas.

Applications are accepted from candidates with 5 years+ PQE, the ability to process a large or complex caseload effectively and efficiently and meet deadlines.

There is scope for you to develop your own practice and there will be support for you from existing team members to make your mark.
