A top ranked, national law firm, is currently seeking to bring aboard a talented new Corporate Associate Solicitor to their distinguished Bristol team.

We are seeking somebody with at least 3 years’ experience and a proven track record of dealing with both larger corporate clients and in-house Counsel. The successful candidate will also possess excellent academics, in addition, to strong client facing skills. If chosen they will be working alongside a team with fantastic experience in advising some extremely high profile, high value national and cross border corporates on mergers, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, stock market listings and securities offerings, company restructurings and refinancing, management buy-outs and buy-ins, corporate governance and a wide range of other corporate and commercial matters.

This represents a superb opportunity for an ambitious Corporate lawyer, looking to establish themselves within a leading firm and become an important part of the department and the firm’s future.
