Commercial Property Legal Secretary - Negotiable - Leeds

Our client an established Law Firm is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join its office in Leeds.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Property the role will include but not be exclusive to:
Working closely with the Head of Department
Working within a busy Commercial Property department
Providing a high level of secretarial support to the commercial property team
Resolving client queries
Diary Management
Answering and directing calls
Drafting and typing correspondence
General ad-hoc duties

The Candidate
In order to be considered for this role candidates will:
Have a proven background working as a Legal Secretary- Preferably within Commercial Property
Be a personable and confident individual with excellent administration and document production skills.

Demonstrate the ability to work on their own initiative

Have excellent typing skills (65+ wpm) and IT skills

In addition the ideal candidate will have the ability to manage Fee Earners/Partner Diaries and have a professional can do attitude to work.
