This firm are at an exciting stage of their growth. They are growing their litigation department and now require an accomplished and technically excellent solicitor to join them in their Bath office.
You will be building on an existing client base, and will offer a general litigation service, with a property litigation bias.
Although an established department, this role will suit candidates who enjoy business development and marketing. You will be keen to get out and about and build up a fantastic reputation for both yourself and the firm.
You will be largely self supervising, although of course involved in the wider team and firm.
Those who enjoy autonomy with broad experience are encouraged to apply, as are those with a property litigation specialism.
In this role it is likely you will advise on:
- Landlord & Tenant disputes
- Professional Negligence
- Intellectual property claims
- Contentious Probate
- General Commercial disputes
- Commercial Property & Lease Renewals
