This private practice firm has an excellent relationship locally and has a good client base.

Description

In this role you will have the opportunity to deal with a broad range of family law matters including: divorce and separation, financial matters and pension sharing, pre-nuptial and co-habitation agreements, children matters, domestic abuse, civil partnerships and also the rights of grandparents. You will also work on Domestic abuse cases which will include applications for injunctions, non-molestation orders.

You will have the opportunity to work with some key individuals I the field who will invest in your learning and development.

Profile

• You will be a family solicitor looking for a new challenge.
• You will have at least 2 years PQE
• An understanding of the Protection from Harrasment Act 1997 will be beneficial.
• You will also be able to demonstrate entrepreneurial flair and a business development.
• Our client is open minded for the right person and will consider candidates with all levels of PQE.
