An excellent opportunity has arisen in Derby for an experienced defendant personal injury paralegal to join one of the top law firms in the region as reviewed by the Legal 500. The firm are based in the city centre with good transport links and onsite parking.    

You will as a defendant personal injury paralegal deal with complex and high value claims involving injuries of the utmost severity. The bulk of claims will involve motor accidents, but will also cover employers’ liability, public liability, product liability, holiday claims, food poisoning, animal attacks as well as substantial dependency fatality claims. 

You will as a defendant personal injury paralegal work alongside the firm’s partners and other senior solicitors with their caseload of pre-litigated and litigated high value personal injury cases, with an average value of cases between £5k to £1m.
