A leading UK law firm is seeking to appoint a plot sales conveyancer to join their expanding team.
If you are a plot conveyancer looking for a fresh start to 2017 this could be the right opportunity for you!
Our client is looking to appoint somebody with at least two years’ experience dealing with a full caseload of matters relating to lot sales. You will be expected to be fully competent in issuing and preparing contract packs, dealing with pre-contract enquiries, processing exchange of contracts, completion procedures along with all other aspects of a post-completion role.
This is an extremely busy role so you have to be used to working under pressure and to tight deadlines. However, the firm offer an extremely flexible and supportive culture along with a competitive salary and benefits package.
