A globally leading investment bank are looking for a Funds Lawyer to join their team for six months, in the City of London.
About the role
The successful investment Funds Lawyer will provide support to the bank's Global Investments and Solutions business.
Key responsibilities
- Providing support to the business in relation to UCITS funds, non-UCITS funds and alternative funds
- Managing the process in offerings of new products and product maintenance/distribution
- Managing regulatory processes for fund information
- Advising the business in relation to UK and EU regulatory changes and governance of investment funds
About you
The successful Funds Lawyer will have at least three years PQE, although applicants from all levels will be considered on merit. They will have solid experience of working within investment funds or have worked previously within an adjacent area in financial services, will have experience in dealing with UCITS and non-UCITS funds and a detailed knowledge of regulatory reforms including MIFID2 and PRIIPs.
