Housing Litigation Solicitor Locum

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer to join a Local Authority in the East Midlands for a 3 month on-going contract.

Applications are welcome from Qualified Solicitors, Barristers, Legal Executives and non-qualified Lawyers who have the relevant experience working within a Local Government organisation.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Handling a caseload of various Housing Law matters
• Providing advice regarding ASBOs, Injunctions and Possession Orders
• Attending Court and tribunals, undertaking advocacy where required

This role offers a rate of £25 - £35 per hour (umbrella/limited company basis), dependant on experience.
