A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a LEXCEL accredited practice in Eastbourne.

The practice also regards their Property department as invaluable to the firm. You will also have access to an enviable client base, generated by the success of the firm.

The Role:

• You will work very closely with the Head of Department and whilst managing some of their caseload you will also run your own new caseload of residential conveyancing matters through the full transactional process.
• In this role, you will also have the opportunity to take on a supervisory role and be required to supervise other fee earners in the team.
• This role is for a highly skilled residential conveyancing fee earner and it is essential you can use your experience to date allowing you to effectively run the department when the Head of Department is out of the office.

The Candidate:

• For this role it is essential that you have a depth of experience in Residential Conveyancing files and that you have a genuine interest in this practice area.
• Ideally you will be a qualified Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer although this is not an essential requirement.
• Ideally you will be from the South East region and be well-established within the conveyancing market.
