Corporate Commercial Solicitor – Our client has asked us to find them a senior corporate commercial solicitor with at least 6 years relevant PQE and team management experience.

This Legal 500, Chambers ranked commercial practice in the heart of London is now looking to add a further senior figure to their team. They are interested in accomplished, well-rounded commercial lawyers with pioneering views and who can add value to their clients business.
He/she will need excellent drafting skills and a solid record of managing multi million pound deals. You will be expected to effectively manage your team handling a wide range of matters, acting for large corporations, private equity firms, entrepreneurs and HNW individuals. You will act and advise on:
-          Mergers & acquisitions
-          Private Equity
-          Corporate tax matters
-          Corporate restructuring
-          Buyouts
-          Joint ventures
-          Capital markets
