An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Debt Capital Markets Lawyer to join the Banking & Finance Team in a distinguished law firm in Dubai. Our client is a UK law firm with a large and impressive global network. They deliver consistent and uncompromising quality and value to their illustrious set of clients.
As a Debt Capital Markets Lawyer, you would be working as part of the thriving Banking & Finance team, helping businesses expand and investors grow, as well as working with innovative finance products across the world. You would also be advising clients on a broad range of legal matters including: MTN programme establishments, convertible and exchangeable bonds, hybrid capital and sukuk issuances and listings on local and international stock exchanges.
Essential Skills / Requirements
- Must have at least 3-4 PQE
- Must have solid Debt Capital Markets experience
- Preferably western qualified
- Preferably bilingual in both English and Arabic
- Ideally you would have experience within Islamic Finance.
