Our client is a leading petrochemicals company who are seeking a legal counsel to join their office in Qatar. The company is the biggest large scale in their sector in Qatar and the wider Middle east.
The team are seeking a Legal Counsel with 15+PQE. You will provide legal opinions to new projects and joint ventures and related sale, purchase, project finance, corporate finance, EPC contract and feed stock supply agreements. Follow up Company’s corporate matters, prepare for Shareholders, Board and Board sub-committees meetings, keep minutes of meetings and follow up implementation of relevant decisions and Communicate with courts, judicial tribunals and government agencies when so required. You must be fluent in both English and Arabic with experience in petrochemical or oil and gas industries.
