My client is a leading international law firm based in the city, who is looking for a Learning and Development Administrator on a permanent basis.

The Learning and Development Administrator will report into the Head of L&D and will provide a full range of administration to the team.

The key duties will include:

  • Scheduling fee earner seminars
  • Advertising seminars to prospective attendees
  • Collating invitation responses and ensuring attendance is recorded on the internal system
  • Organising event facilitation, from room bookings to catering
  • Producing seminar materials in accordance with trainer instructions
  • Assisting head of L&D with talent management programmes
  • Administering receipt, payment and recording of invoices
  • Maintaining accurate CPD training records

The Learning and Development Administrator will have previous experience working in a learning and development/training role, ideally within a professional services environment. Experience of coordinating training sessions end-to-end is essential as is the need to be an efficient organiser and communicator. LMS experience would be highly desirable.
