Legal Manager (In House) Fareham - Hampshire

Hays Legal Recruitment are pleased to work with a well known Service & Sales based business who require a commercial Legal Manager to join their team. Based in Fareham - this is a fast paced environment where you will be engaged for legal support both internally and externally across the Group.

Your new role
The role has 4 direct staff reporting and a responsibility for all legal areas of the business - the core of the role will have responsibility for contracts including review and negotiation. You would also have responsibility for credit litigation, risk and commercial policy & regulatory compliance.
Reporting to the Legal Director (who is based remotely), this is a self standing position where you would be expected to lead by example and inspire others around you to improve services as a matter of course.


What you'll need to succeed
You need to be a fully qualified Solicitor with commercial experience - individuals will be considered from both private practice but also from any current In House role. You will be a confident individual who can lead by example and is ambitious in terms of your career but also in reference to the ongoing success of this part of the business.
