Commercial/Competition Litigation Lawyer

Integreon is working closely with a specialist, global litigation firm to hire an experienced commercial litigation lawyer into their EU/competition department.

The firm is a boutique claimant litigation practice with an award winning and internationally recognised competition litigation team. They are now looking to expand this team and are focussed on lawyers who have a breadth of general commercial litigation experience, excellent academics, and ideally some recent experience in competition law (however this is not a prerequisite).

Candidates interested in this opportunity will likely be looking for a change in direction away from the more traditional law firm environment. Whilst the successful applicant does not need prior experience working in competition, you must have a track record of running your own litigation cases, contributing to strategic decisions, and implementing effective business development plans. 

In return for your expertise, this position and law firm will provide you with autonomy to run your own cases involving the High Court and CAT. You will also be working on the forefront of competition law in Europe as well as internationally (please note that the client has assured continued success in this area despite recent economic and political changes).
