In-house Employment Lawyer, 2+, Financial Services

This leading commodities brokerage firm are looking to hire an additional employment lawyer into their legal team.  The role will report into the Senior Employment Lawyer and you will be given a high level of responsibility and autonomy.  

You will deal with a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, provide transactional advice, work closely with the HR team on remuneration issues, and monitor legal and regulatory developments.  

They are ideally looking for a minimum of 3 years' PQE in employment law, gained in either a leading City or national firm, preferably with exposure to restrictive covenants and/or tribunal experience.  Ideally you will have had some exposure to the financial services sector.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on responsibility, looking to make their first or second move in-house.
