This fast growing hedge fund is looking for an experienced transaction manager.
In this role you will be part of a small and dynamic legal team, working on high profile transactions and complex credit structures. You may have approximately 10 years PQE must have extensive experience gained in private practice and in-house in structured finance (senior and mezzanine debt) including structuring/restructuring and unwinding of securitised receivables and have actively managed CLOs and leveraged loans CLOs. Solid knowledge of Asset Backed Securities is a must have, previous experience in a PE environment would be advantageous as well as experience gained of the very demanding nature of trading floors, structuring and/or transaction management.
For this role, it is essential that you have an entrepreneurial mind-set, work well under pressure and autonomously.
