Fantastic and exciting opening for a property solicitor with experience either in residential development, commercial development or residential conveyancing and now seeking a role with a leading firm in the South West.

You'll join a leading commercial law firm to undertake a genuinely refreshing and innovative role working within a highly commercial and dynamic environment.
You're likely to be a residential development or commercial property solicitor with around 2 years or more qualified experience in property work and whilst certainly not essential, it would be helpful if you have an understanding of construction developments and site set ups.

You'll play a key role within the team, acting very much as the Number 2 lawyer and as such you'll enjoy being able to make key decisions that impact on the rest of the team even at an early stage in your career. The role will suit an entrepreneurial solicitor who craves an opportunity to use their strong interpersonal and organisational skills within an environment that is in many respects akin to an ABS.
