A great opportunity has arisen for an In-house Commercial / Corporate Solicitor looking for an exciting new opportunity. Based within the Financial Services sector my client offers innovative financial support within the banking arena working with globally recognisable brands.

Looking for a commercially aware solicitor to join their established legal department the team is seen as a proactive partner to the wider commercial business which assists new financial products going to market. 

Being based in central London the ideal Commercial / Corporate Solicitor will join a successful busy Legal team which has grown organically with the business over the years, and offers excellent future prospects for career development.

You will handle a wide caseload of commercial/corporate matters. You will be required to review, amend, and negotiate a range of complex commercial contracts and agreements, as well as handling due diligence, data protection, IP, policies, tender reviews, compliance, regulatory, risk, and M&A deals. Employment law would be advantageous but is not essential. You must be able to run high value Corporate deals including asset and share deals. 

Open to PQE Level, candidates from both In-house departments and Private Practice will be considered. Key to this role is proven exposure to handling a broad range of commercial contracts, with experience of managing /assisting on heavyweight corporate transactions.
