Corporate Lawyer, 2- 6 PQE, London
Salary: Competitive
The Role: Excellent opportunity to join a respected and highly successful financial services organisation. The role will be reporting to the General Counsel, but working autonomously.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with external stakeholders and providing legal advice on cross border M&A transactions, joint venture and private equity investments
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating share purchase, joint venture, investment and shareholders agreements, disclosure letters and guarantees;
- Reviewing, drafting and amending general commercial contracts and ad-hoc agreements etc;
- Liaising with external lawyers where required.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will be c.2-6 year* PQE M&A lawyer with experience gained either in-house and in private practice.
*Candidates outside of this bracket will be considered if they are able to demonstrate the prerequisite experience required.
