Commercial lawyer 2-6 PQE, In-house
Our client, is a well-established asset management company are seeking a commercial lawyer to work in-house
SALARY- is dependent on experience
THE ROLE
The role will be reporting into the Head of Legal and assisting the legal team with a variety of legal matters including:
- Provide legal support across all business areas, with primary responsibility to draft and negotiate all commercial contracts including NDAs, confidentiality agreements and terms and business etc.
- Assisting the finance team with loans, engagement letters and other financing arrangements
- Assisting with prime brokerage documentation including ISDA documentation
- Assisting with marketing and other ad-hoc agreements such as affiliate agreements, artwork license agreements, google analytics agreements and agency agreements
THE CANDIDATE
- This role will be ideal for a 2-6 year PQE* lawyer from a silver/magic circle or top-tier UK/US firm
- In-house secondment is desirable not a pre-requisite
*Candidates outside of this bracket will be considered if they are able to demonstrate the prerequisite experience required
