An exciting opportunity to join a Legal 200 firm in Guildford and be part of the hugely successful property department.
The role will be to mainly focus your caseload on residential conveyancing matters; sales & purchase, freehold & leasehold, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, shared ownership and new builds. As well as supporting the Partner where appropriate.
You must have completed a seat in residential conveyancing or be qualified into this area of law.
There is an opportunity to expand your experience by assisting on commercial property transactions.
