In this key role you'll be advising a diverse spread of cutting edge clients from start-ups and R&D businesses to IT/Technology providers and major companies with UK and international interests. You'll be exposed to a challenging diet of transactional work from the outset, including corporate M&A, VC investments, restructurings and reorganisations, joint ventures, MBOs and capital markets work.
