A financial services company are seeking a Legal Counsel - Services Team Lawyer (Funds and Financial Services) to join their legal team in London
The role:
The successful candidate will provide expert legal counsel to the business globally, including on areas covered by the services team such as:
- AIFMD and MIFID
- UCITS and non-UCITS Funds including alternative funds (hedge, private equity and property) in terms of structuring and executing new fund products and maintaining existing fund products
- Investment management agreements
About you:
- Experience (5-8 PQE or similar) of funds law generally, for example funds and alternative investment funds either in- house with a financial services organisation or with a national or City law firm, OR related experience from a financial services organisation or law firm with a proven ability to adapt to different areas of work.
