The Role
We are now actively seeking a pro-active Junior Private Client Lawyer for a busy department based in Bournemouth. Hitting the ground running, the successful Lawyer will manage a full and varied caseload, advising clients on private client-related matters including: will drafting; estate administration; handling LPAs; probate matters; Court of Protection applications and; deeds of variation. In addition, the successful Lawyer will build and maintain client and professional relationships within the region and promote the services of the department and firm as a whole.

The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor or Legal Executive NQ – 3 years’ PQE;
You will be technically competent with solid Private Client experience;
You will have your own workload and be able to work with minimal supervision;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will be a pro-active team player with a keen eye for detail;
You will have a desire for professional development.
