Insolvency & Restructuring Disputes Associate, 3-8 PQE - Hong Kong
Our client, a leading offshore firm, is looking to hire an associate to join their Insolvency & Restructuring Disputes team in Hong Kong.
The role will involve acting on behalf of trust companies, corporations, high net worth individuals and public authorities in litigation concerning offshore matters, particularly issues relating to the Caribbean. You will be working within a leading international team and have the unique opportunity to work in Hong Kong without any Mandarin language skills.
The successful candidate will have a strong academic record and considerable experience in litigation or contentious restructuring with a well-regarded firm. They will be forward thinking and proactive, with experience working on insolvency disputes from start to finish.
