Media and Entertainment Paralegal

Law Absolute are working with a multi national entertainment company who have an exciting opportunity for a paralegal with experience in commercial, media and entertainment to join their thriving legal team.

You will be positioned in the company’s  London Office and will assist with their European consumer products licences as well as supporting the legal team with the work overflow. This will include dealing with legal implications surrounding TV, home entertainment and production. Experience with trademark infringement and commercial contracts would be preferable but not essential.

Your primary duties will include drafting, checking and approving licence agreements, negotiating licence agreements with third party licensees, dealing with trademark infringement matters and working with other commercial teams across the business on all associate legal issues.
