Interim Legal Counsel

A FTSE 100 company based in the heart of London is currently looking for an Interim Legal Counsel to join the team on a temporary basis. The role will initially be for 1 month with possible extension of up to 12 months.

The role will be working closely with the Head of IT and Commercial to provide support on a range of matters including IT and outsourcing contracts as well as other commercial agreements and governance support.

Our client is currently working on a number of transformational projects and as such would be looking for a candidate who is pragmatic and business focussed with a good track record of building relationships.
