There is some flexibility here, and we would encourage applications from two years experience up to four years experienced candidates in Residential Conveyancing. You will need to have experience and be confident to handle your own caseload of sales, purchase, freehold, leasehold, remortgages and unregistered property. As such, Residential Conveyancing experience is essential and commercial property experience is desirable.
