Credit Hire and RTA Paralegal – An exciting opportunity to join the claimant personal injury team of this leading full service North West firm has arisen for an experienced fee earner with both litigated RTA and Credit Hire expertise to report directly to the management team.

• Previous Experience: Previous experience of litigated Credit Hire and RTA work is important. Legal Executives as well as experienced paralegals will be considered. Managerial experience would also be a bonus.

THE RTA TEAM

This is a growing team within the firm specialising in all areas of RTA claims including credit hire. The team is friendly and supportive and traditionally has a very low staff turnover rate. It is currently experiencing a period of growth and they are actively looking for suitable candidates with RTA and credit hire experience.

THE ROLE IN MORE DETAIL

In order to cope with the growing influx of work, the team is looking to hire RTA claims handlers and litigators with a broad spread of experience, including credit hire experience. Our client will consider paralegals and legal executives and all candidates interested in being considered should have at least one year’s background in claimant RTA. However, defendant insurance candidates will also be considered.

The role reports in directly to the Partner and Head of Department and is a direct line between the management team and the more junior fee earners.
