The role will include:
- Designing and implementing the marketing compliance programme
- Delivery of expertise to all stakeholders in respect of Code of Conduct Implementation, interpretation, and reporting
- Monitoring progress of business units and corporate functions regarding Code of Conduct implementation
- Developing on line training capacity to support Code of Conduct implementation
- Leading and monitoring Code of Conduct implementation in Marketing, Platinum and IOB
This candidate will have a relevant university degree and have sufficient knowledge of financial crime compliance and anti-bribery legislation. They will be able to apply governance and compliance knowledge to organisational processes and procedures and understand how governance, risk and compliance processes impact on the business.
