Excellent opportunity for a Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join a firm in Birmingham.

Your new company
You will be joining an up and coming law firm who provide an expert service in a range of legal disciplines. They currently have offices in Southall and Birmingham and are looking to expand further this year. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join the Conveyancing team based in their Birmingham or London office.

Your new role
Due to the on-going success and growth of the firm, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor to join the team and assist in the daily conduct of cases. You will undertake client care and case progression, as well as liaising with clients regularly. You will also handle leases, remortgages, and the sale and purchase of houses and flats, with a specific emphasis on high value work. It is also expected that you will carry out searches, draft contracts and provide conveyancing quotes in an effective and efficient manner.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success. You will have previous experience dealing with a Conveyancing caseload and will be a hardworking and self-motivated professional. The ideal candidate will have a talent for negotiating with confidence, both verbally and in written form. You should be well informed and be able to negotiate on issues such as: rents, as well as selling and buying properties and sites on behalf of clients.
