THE ROLE
An urgent requirement for a lawyer to handle derivatives and structured products work.
You will be acting for a wide range of clients in the funds, banking, and corporate sectors.
ABOUT YOU
With 1-3pqe gained in a Magic, Silver Circle or US law firm, your experience will include knowledge of ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA as well as other industry standard documentation.
You will also have knowledge of regulated regulation such as EMIR.
