This leading City commercial TMT team has expertise in dealing with the full range of commercial technology and outsourcing contracts, as well as data protection and privacy issues. Due to the continued growth of the practice and client demand, the partners wish to hire an additional commercial technology associate, preferably with at least 2PQE, and are looking for someone who is first and foremost a technically strong commercial contracts lawyer with specialist IT and (ideally) outsourcing experience, preferably gained within a major City or regional practice. Some data protection experience would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will also have the desire to help develop relationships with the team's TMT clients to assist in the continued growth of the practice.
