An excellent new opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor to join the team based in Birmingham.

Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Residential Solicitor to progress their career with a Legal 500 law firm. Experience working with a Residential Property caseload is essential and team management experience would be preferable. You will lead a team of Residential Property Paralegals including managing and organising their workloads. You'll require good technical experience as you will be dealing with all matters.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success as well as your previous experience as a team leader or in management. The ideal candidate will have the drive and determination to continue to build on their teams existing caseload by conducting business development. The ideal candidate will also have great interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills as you will be expected to converse and correspond with your team and clients regularly. Your ambition and motivation will lead to your success, as well as your ability to work to deadlines. You must also be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
