Property Litigation Solicitor
I have an exciting opportunity for a NQ to 3 year PQE Real Estate Solicitor to join my client's rapidly expanding team at their Leeds Offices. My client is a top 20 UK firm with offices across the UK and the world. My client is also consistently ranked in the top tiers of their practice areas.
The role will give the successful candidate a chance to manage their own caseload in conjuction with other members of the team. Some core areas of work will include but not be limited to advice on validity and service of break notices, drafting and service of s25 notices and s26 requests. It will also give you the opportunity to develop a client base and help the wider team maintain relationships with their key clients.
The ideal candidate will have gained their experience at a well known Regional, National or International law firm and have experience in Real Estate Litigation or Commercial Litigation and Non-Contentious Real Estate law.
