An excellent new opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team based in the West Midlands.

Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a Legal 500 law firm. You will be dealing with your own caseload, and you'll be expected to generate your own workload via business development. You'll also require good technical experience as you will be dealing with all matters.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success as well as your knowledge of the market and clients. The ideal candidate will have the drive and determination to build on their caseload by conducting business development, thus generating their own workload. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years experience working within Commercial Property. They will also have great interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills as you will be expected to correspond with clients regularly. Your ambition and motivation will lead to your success. You must also be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
