Childcare Paralegal

Our client, a council based in London is currently seeking a Childcare Paralegal to join their team for an initial three month locum assignment.

The successful candidate will be familiar with the relevant Care Legislation and their duties will include bundling, filing and serving documents, checking applications, gathering evidence, redacting information, contacting experts and liaising with Counsel and other parties. Our client is keen to hear from candidates with the relevant experience from all backgrounds although candidates with previous Local Authority experience would be of particular interest.  

Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be happy to undertake an enhanced DBS check on successful placement.
