Planning Lawyer

My client a Local Authority based in London, is currently seeking a Planning Lawyer for an initial three month assignment.

The successful candidate will be required to have experience of Lexcel and have knowledge of Planning matters, such as section 106 agreements, planning enforcements, general planning advice work and some highways matters. The successful Planning Lawyer will be required to hit the ground running from the outset as you will need to negotiate and complete a backlog of matters for the council. Iken case management experience would be beneficial for this role. This particular authority offers a friendly and supportive team and a nice working environment. Candidates from both the public and private sector with the required experience are encouraged to apply. Due to the urgent nature of the role, you must be available on no more than two weeks’ notice.
