They are now keen to recruit a pro-active Immigration Advocate to join and enhance their busy practice.
THE ROLE
This is an exciting new position for an experienced IAAS level 2 Immigration Solicitor or Barrister to join a busy team in Tyne and Wear. Working alongside a team of immigration specialists the successful advocate will handle a full and varied caseload of matters in attendance primarily at the Immigration Court. For this role you will advocate asylum cases, appeals, and judicial reviews. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with extensive experience gained in Immigration matters;
Have the IAAS Level 2 Caseworker accreditation;
Possess advocacy experience across all types of Immigration hearings.
